Designation Sales Manager Education Loan - Team Handling Role NBFC banking Financial Services Locations Mumbai Delhi and Hyderabad Experience 2-10 Years Work Mode Onsite Notice Period Immediate 30 60 DaysSkills Required 1 Good communication skills in the English language 2 The sale of education and retail loans 3 Team-handling experience The sales manager will lead a team of 1 to 3 off-roll sales executives and will be responsible for hiring training and managing the performance of the sales executives and achieving the month-on-month disbursement targets Key Roles and Responsibilities 1 Revenue Generation through New Customer acquisition for Education Loans for Studies Overseas and in India 2 Supervision control for coordination of House Visits for self team and assignment of leads to individual Loan officers 3 Visiting meeting students along with their parents and addressing their queries with the education loan offerings and process clarity as well as the concept sales and also supporting the loan officers in their respective client visits effectively 4 Meet the assigned channel partners on a regular basis and generate leads and referrals for new business acquisitions 5 Coordination and assistance for the processes of lead generation to login login to sanction sanction to disbursement and post-sales service 6 Deliver quality customer service and generate referrals from existing customers Liaise with cross-functional teams i e credit operations service legal etc and ensure the documentary requirements are complied with- and seamless service gets delivered to the acquired customers 7 Collaborate with the assigned Channel partners to conduct College seminars consultant events web-based seminars etc 8 Understand the value proposition gaps in the assigned business relationships and suggest possible modifications 9 Cross-selling of allied products i e Foreign exchange insurance and collection of Processing Charges 10 Ensuring team targets are achieved in terms of monthly segment-wise logins and eventually loan disbursements Share your relevant resumes to Feel free to reach out to me at 7416429984 Looking forward to hearing from you ref updazz com
