Job Title: React.js Developer (2–4 Years Experience) Job Summary / About the Role: ARSoft Consulting is seeking a skilled React.js Developer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience to join our remote development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications in collaboration with a globally distributed team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in front-end development, a deep understanding of JavaScript and React.js, and a passion for building responsive, high-performance user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js. - Translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers. - Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. - Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2–4 years of hands-on experience with React.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme. - Familiarity with TypeScript. - Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Experience working in remote and distributed teams.
