We are on a mission to make travel convenient, safe, and enjoyable for Seniors through well-organized tours, high-quality service, and exceptional customer care. www.eldergo.in Role Overview The Travel Sales Executive will manage inbound travel inquiries and guide potential customers through the decision-making process. The role involves engaging with interested leads, understanding their travel preferences, presenting relevant tour options from our fixed group departures, and ensuring smooth coordination from initial inquiry to confirmed booking. This role does not involve designing or selling custom itineraries. This is a target-driven sales role suited for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead Management - Respond to inbound leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website forms, and phone calls as quickly as possible, ideally within an hour. - Qualify leads based on age, travel intent, health, and budget. - Update and maintain CRM records with 100% data accuracy, including status, notes, next action, and conversion probability. Sales and Conversion - Conduct structured sales calls to identify customer needs and recommend suitable tour packages. - Present itineraries clearly, emphasizing key features, inclusions, and value. - Handle objections effectively (price, trust, comfort, etc.) and use urgency-based selling techniques to close deals. - Initiate booking confirmation upon advance payment. Payment and Coordination - Share payment links and invoices promptly after verbal confirmation. - Confirm receipt of payment and coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams for booking confirmation. Post-Sales Relationship Management - Make a follow-up call after each trip to confirm customer satisfaction and collect feedback. - Reconnect with past customers for future travel opportunities, maintaining a long-term relationship database in the CRM. - Escalate any service issues or complaints to the Operations team within 24 hours. Cross-Functional Coordination - Work closely with the Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth handover of bookings and accurate communication of customer preferences. Candidate Profile Required Skills & Attributes: - Excellent communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage). - Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills. - Organized and detail-oriented approach with CRM familiarity. - Basic understanding of travel products, destinations, and visa processes. - Willingness to work evenings or weekends during campaign peaks. Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer engagement roles.
