Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

- Oversee IT systems at Games2win, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Manage and monitor:
- Network infrastructure at the Mumbai office
- VPNs for remote employees
- Physical systems and mobile devices, including deployment, collection, and remote troubleshooting
- Backup servers and version control repositories
- Email systems and cloud servers (AWS, Google)
- Software licensing compliance
- Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks; update documents as needed.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve system failures.
- Monitor system performance proactively to identify potential issues.
- Ensure security and access controls through firewalls, backups, and monitoring systems.

Who You Could Be Background and Experience

- 4+ years of experience as a Sr. System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows OS, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management.
- Hands-on experience with system security, intrusion detection, and data backup/recovery.
- Resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with remote teams.

Educational Qualification

- BE/BSc in IT, MCA, or related field.
- Additional diploma in Hardware Networking preferred.
