Job Description We're hiring for the Business Development role - Non Ferrous - Metal Department at Recykal Experience : 3+ years relevant experience into the same field Location : Ahmedabad About the Job Role: Business Development- Metal We are looking for Assistant Managers who will be responsible for initiating and developing strong relationships with selling and buying partners. They will balance their time between managing new selling and buying partners and assisting existing ones in driving program adoption to best suit their specific needs as per the geographies assigned to them. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist selling and buying partners with onboarding. Identify unique selection and opportunities that drive growth. Identify and manages projects to improve customer and selling partner experience, working closely with internal and external teams. Acquire customers and achieve the targets given for the allocated accounts responsible to acquire Enterprise sellers by building a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Expand the relationships with existing sellers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Resolve any issues faced by sellers & buyers and manage complaints to maintain trust. Follow internal processes to ensure the end-to-end sales cycle and account metrics are met. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Sales & BD, team handling Past experience in B2B E-commerce, B2B Aggregators & metal industry is preferred Ability to work efficiently and on multiple projects at once Strong interpersonal skills with the solid ability to persuade others, build consensus and work in a team Basic working knowledge of MS Office and other documentation tools is preferred A go-getter attitude is a necessity. Ability to travel across India as and when required
