Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Pune. The role involves driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and convert potential clients through direct and field sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote company products/services with effective communication and presentation.
- Stay updated with market trends to create strategies for new opportunities.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/marketing (field sales preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
