Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Selenium and Python or Java. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation test frameworks, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Python or Java.
- Create and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to improving testing processes and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in QA automation testing.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java (at least one is mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Experience in writing and executing API tests using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
- Good understanding of testing frameworks like PyTest, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Experience working with version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
