Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Lead to spearhead our QA team's automation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration across web and mobile platforms.

The role involves leading the QA automation strategy, designing and evolving automation frameworks, mentoring QA engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving quality improvements.

  • Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable test architecture for web, mobile, and API platforms.
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers through code reviews, training sessions, and leadership in quality culture.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to align testing efforts with release goals.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security layers.
  • Drive non-functional testing initiatives (performance, scalability, resilience, accessibility, and cross-device/browser validation).
Key Skills Required:
  • Expertise in Python programming language and strong background in building and scaling automation frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Playwright (Python) including framework enhancements and parallel execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Appium (iOS & Android), including device cloud integration and orchestration.
  • Strong experience with Postman, Python-based test suites, contract testing (Swagger/Pact), and service mocking.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure for scalable test environments.
