About the Role -We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive with strong experience in telesales telecalling and lead generation within the education sector The role involves managing the initial stages of the sales cycle understanding client requirements and supporting the Growth Team in achieving business development goals Key Responsibilities -Sales Process Management- Handle the initial stages of the sales process by engaging with potential clients - Identify client requirements and propose relevant solutions in collaboration with the Growth Team Lead Generation Telecalling - Conduct daily telecalling activities on sourced assigned data - Generate and qualify leads to create a strong sales pipeline - Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert them into opportunities Collaboration Support- Work closely with the Growth Team to develop effective sales strategies - Assist in preparing proposals presentations and client pitches - Coordinate with internal teams Growth Customer Service and Projects to ensure smooth execution of client requirements Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with clients - Provide timely support and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction - Act as the first point of contact for clients during the pre-sales stage Reporting Documentation- Maintain accurate records of interactions leads and opportunities in CRM tools - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status telecalling activity and conversions Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales telesales telecalling or lead generation preferably in the education industry - Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions - Hands-on experience with CRM tools MS Office and telecalling systems - Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment ref updazz com
