Job Purpose We are hiring a Junior HR Admin Executive to support our day-to-day HR and administrative operations The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment coordination onboarding attendance and leave management document handling and general office administration Prior experience in a manufacturing setup is preferred Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidate resumes Coordinate interviews follow-ups and joining formalities Help with employee onboarding and documentation Maintain employee records attendance and leave data Update biometric data and assist in payroll preparation Coordinate with accounts for bank details and salary disbursement Assist in PF ESIC KYC updates and claims Manage petty cash housekeeping office supplies and vendor bills Handle courier guest arrangements and general office upkeep Support employee engagement activities and internal communication Ensure proper filing of HR and admin documents Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 0-1 year of experience in HR Admin roles Internship experience acceptable Proficient in MS Office Excel Word and Google Sheets Good communication and coordination skills Organized responsible and able to handle routine admin work independently Ability to manage confidential information professionally Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Weekend only Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Kapadvanj Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience manufacturing industries 1 year Required HR Admin 1 year Required Location Kapadvanj Gujarat Required Shift availability Day Shift Required Work Location In person
