We are looking for a junior recruiter with excellent communication and organizational skills If you think you are just a match apply quickly filling up the below form Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Minimum 6 months of experience required Knowledge of finding the best candidates using job boards job portals social media and other creative methods Ability to establish cooperative and collaborative relationships built on trust Effective and professional communication skills- in writing and speaking Deep understanding of recruiting process and the ability to recommend improvements Proficiency in English is a must Good people skills and interpersonal skills would be an advantage Willingness to learn and grow with us Roles responsibilities- Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle Communicating with hiring managers for future job openings and technical requirements for the job Writing and posting job descriptions for relevant platforms Screening applicants according to the job requirements Arranging telephone video or in-person interviews Presenting the resumes of the suitable candidates to the hiring manager Offering job positions and completing the paperwork Keeping track of all applicants and keeping them informed during the whole process Negotiating offers as required necessary accordingly Skills - Effective communication English Proficiency Creative Writing Negotiation and Recruitment Talent Acquisition Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Python 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
