Description

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing customer support through various chat channels, including live chat, email, and social media. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries and complaints through various chat channels in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information and promotions
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and systems

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if required
