Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for a full-time role based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing end-to-end support in housing finance solutions. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, facilitating loan applications, conducting credit assessments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role, requiring direct interaction with clients and stakeholders to promote Aadhar Housing Finance's services and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications - Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with clients. - Ability to assess creditworthiness, manage loan applications, and offer tailored financial solutions effectively. - Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills to interact with diverse customers and stakeholders. - Prior experience in sales, financial services, banking, or housing finance is preferred but not mandatory. - Well-versed in local market trends and customer needs in the housing sector. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service. - Possess problem-solving skills and adapt to dynamic scenarios in a fast-paced work environment. - Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
