Job Description Key Responsibilities Dynamics 365 CE Development - Configure, design, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service). - Develop CRM components including plugins, workflows, business rules, custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and Power Automate flows. - Implement CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and CRM SDK. Azure & Integration - Integrate D365 CE with external systems using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, API Services, Webhooks, REST APIs. - Work on Azure-based deployments, authentication, and identity management. System Enhancements & Support - Troubleshoot CRM issues and perform root cause analysis. - Optimize D365 CE performance and ensure best practices. - Support upgrades, deployments, and release management.
