Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) – Time Off Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Time Off module, configuration, implementation, and end-to-end support in global HR environments. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Off module. - Experience in full-cycle implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements. - Strong knowledge of global leave management, accruals, and absence policies. - Expertise in configuring workflows, notifications, and reporting. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience working with clients across multiple geographies is a plus Key Responsibilities: - Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC – Time Off module. - Configure time types, absence quotas, accrual rules, and leave workflows. - Ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific leave policies across geographies. - Integrate Time Off with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Manager/Employee Self-Service, and Workflows. - Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and perform unit, integration, and UAT testing. - Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues. - Train business users and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams for seamless system adoption.
