Drives, Job Fairs, and recruitment events.

recommending program enhancements for better outcomes.

Empathy & Student-Centric Approach Demonstrates patience, guidance, and

support while working with students from varied backgrounds.

Collaboration & Teamwork Works effectively with internal teams, partners, and

external stakeholders to achieve placement goals.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving Ability to address challenges promptly and

deliver results under dynamic conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive Placement Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and execute quarterly Job Drives and

Job Fairs, ensuring engagement of 300+ candidates in each quarter.

Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong industry connections through social

media, HR conclaves, corporate visits, and professional networking platforms to

expand placement opportunities.

Program Development: Gather market insights and provide strategic

recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the program for student

success.

Student Engagement: Foster positive relationships with students by offering

guidance, mentorship, and empathetic support to prepare them for career

- opportunities.

Salary - 25 to 35 K
