Job description Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant – International Sales (UAE) Company: Viacation Tourism Pvt. Ltd. Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Experience Required: 2–6 years Employment Type: Full-time Budget: 30-45K About the Company: Viacation Tourism Pvt. Ltd. is a leading travel and tourism company specializing in tailor-made international and domestic holiday packages, corporate travel solutions, and destination management. With a focus on delivering exceptional travel experiences, we cater to clients across the UAE, India, and beyond. Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our Gurgaon office and focus on international travel sales for the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of travel products, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: -Promote and sell international travel products and services (flights, hotels, holiday packages, tours, etc.) to UAE-based clients. -Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and related travel services. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and corporate partners. -Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. -Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and DMCs to ensure seamless travel arrangements. -Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, offers, and destination updates. -Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process. Requirements: • Experience: 2–6 years of experience in international travel sales, preferably handling UAE or Middle East market. • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. • Strong command in English Language • Skills & Competencies: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities. o Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred Good knowledge of international destinations, visa procedures, and travel regulations. o Target-driven, customer-focused What We Offer: • Competitive salary with attractive sales incentives. • Opportunity to work with an established and growing travel brand. • Professional development and career growth opportunities. • A dynamic, supportive, and multicultural work environment.
