Overview Cvent is a global meeting event travel and hospitality technology leader with more than 4000 employees worldwide As a leading cloud-based technology company we have over 28 000 customers including 80 of the Fortune 100 companies in more than 100 countries Cvents software solutions optimize the entire event management value chain and have enabled clients around the world to manage hundreds of thousands of meetings and events In addition to helping event planners navigate every aspect of the event process we also provide an integrated platform to hoteliers to help create qualified demand for their hotels manage that demand more efficiently and measure their business performance in real-time In This Role You Will Individual contributor ensuring below deliverables are done within the timelines 1 Fixed Asset Manage additions retirements transfers Run depreciation Prepare Statutory Tax roll forwards Prepare MIS as required Support in Fixed asset audits 2 Bank reconciliation Ensuring all bank accounts are reconciled Knowledge of transactional accounting Ensuring all payments are posted in console portal Reconcile the Company credit cards and ensure VAT receipts are provided for all purchases 3 Assistance in Monthly Closure of books of accounts Preparation of schedule and entries on each month close for following accounts xe2x96xaa Pre-payments accruals Preparing Balance sheet reconciliations for various Balance sheet accounts 4 Support yearly Financial Audits5 Perform various financial and accounting analysis Here s What You Need Accounting background 2 to 4 years of experience in transactional accounting role Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Knowledge of ERP Package preferably EBS Knowledge of US-GAAP will be an added advantage Excellent communication skills attention to detail and coordination skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle a high-pressure fast-paced environment Flexibility and ability to multi-task are a must
