Use Your Power for Purpose Our breakthroughs would not reach the hands of patients without our dedicated pharmaceutical manufacturing team We rely on agile members who understand the critical impact of their role in Pfizer s mission Patients need colleagues like you who take pride in their work and continuously strive to improve outcomes Your efforts ensure that patients and physicians have timely access to the medicines they need What You Will Achieve In this role you will Manage projects and set objectives leading people technology and financial resources Identify and develop innovative process or product improvements taking calculated risks to achieve results Solve complex problems leveraging experience from various areas as needed Manage the performance of direct and indirect reports supporting team objectives and providing input to senior management Partner with leadership to achieve objectives and manage teams ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements Develop and manage a team of process technicians optimizing facilities and equipment and leading the implementation of Lean Tools Support the development of SMART Objectives participate in best practice sharing programs and manage the performance and training of shift colleagues and contingent staff Here Is What You Need Minimum Requirements B Pharmacy M Pharmacy with 6 to 10 Years of relevant Experience in Manufactuing injectables companies Strong people management experience in a regulated manufacturing operations environment Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills A working knowledge of Upstream Downstream Current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP manufacturing operations Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced and goal-driven environment Strong decision-making capability Bonus Points If You Have Preferred Requirements Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience Experience with Lean Tools and their implementation Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to recognize development needs and create opportunities for colleagues Experience in maintaining regulatory compliance through established programs Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates Manufacturing
