Are you ready to inspire #MakingWinners #InspireXT #SupplyChainExperts About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant who can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional understanding of multiple Salesforce Clouds, hands-on experience with solution design, and strong client engagement skills. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that every Salesforce implementation delivers measurable business outcomes. Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: - Lead business requirement workshops, process mapping, and solution design sessions with clients. - Translate business processes into Salesforce configurations and functional specifications. - Design and deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Agentforce knowledge is a plus). - Develop and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs. - Work closely with technical architects and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. - Manage system configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, flows, validation rules, and dashboards. - Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and post-deployment support. - Collaborate in integration design (ERP, PLM, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or third-party tools). - Support the Salesforce release cycle, ensuring new features and updates are optimized for client use. - Drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements - 79 years of total experience, with 5+ years hands-on functional experience in Salesforce. - Proven track record of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds. - Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, and Customer Experience). - Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Security, Reports, etc.). - Familiarity with data migration, integration, and automation tools (MuleSoft, Data Loader, or third-party). - Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in Agile / Scrum delivery models. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both business and technical audiences.
