Role Overview Job Title Quantity Surveyor QS Engineer Location Pune Gender Male Experience 3 - 5 Years Number of Position 3 Industry Construction Employment Type Full-Time Salary Range negotiable based on experience Skills Joining date immediate PF ESIC Yes Job summary - We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor QS Engineer with 3 to 5years of experience in the High raise Residential Commercial building The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation BBS RCC and Finishing Rate analysis project budgeting for residential and commercial projects You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of ongoing and upcoming developments Key Responsibilities 1-Cost Estimation Budgeting Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project drawings and specifications Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and cost plans 2-Tendering Procurement Prepare Bills of Quantities BOQs tender documents and assist in evaluating contractor bids Support the procurement of subcontractors materials and services 3-Cost Control Monitoring Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the budget Track variations value engineering opportunities and provide cost reports 5-Site Coordination Liaise with site engineers contractors and consultants for measurement and verification Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work done for payments 6-Reporting Prepare regular cost and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders Provide input on cost implications of design changes and project scope revisions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS software Excellent analytical Negotiation and communication Skills Details- Oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Attributes Experience in residential commercial projects
