Responsibilities

- Run ambiguous programs to achieve the Goals for Workspace and Admin Console team.
- Manage planning and execution across a team of SWEs.

- Design and run ambiguous programs within and outside the product areas boundaries.
- Drive collaboration and alignment of work with teams across backend and partner use cases, drive alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Product, UX writers, and other stakeholders.
- Structure executive and senior leadership reviews.
