Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, based in Dodda Ballapur. The primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role requires collaborating with sales and project teams, addressing client needs, and ensuring smooth project execution. The Customer Relationship Manager will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, playing a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. Qualifications - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions. - Excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective client relationships. - Experience in sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices. - Proficiency in project management to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. - Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges. - Prior experience in the renewable energy or related industry is a plus. - Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent fields is preferred.
