Job family Project Site Management Business area Hydropower Contract location Mandideep MP IN Working location Remote Location Location type Remote Contract type Permanent Job description Every day ANDRITZ continues to deliver successful innovative solutions to our customers globally Why are we so successful Because we are passionate and love what we do We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in General Description Person must have technical knowledge minimum 7 years of hands-on experience of HSE implementation at hydro sites WHAT YOU LL DO Write the purpose for which the job exists Conduct Safety Audits Safety Walks Implementation of TBT system Work permit system at site Contractor Safety Management implementation at sites Implementation of Andritz Safety Guidelines Procedures at Sites Review of Safety performance of sites including Near Miss incidents and conducting analysis Conducting Layout based risk assessments at sites Preparation Implementation of Site HSE plan Emergency Response Plan ERP Fire Safety plan Preparation of commissioning HSE Plan implementation of LOTO Work at height assessment including preparation of Rescue plans Organize Safety meetings Inspections Audits at sites as per defined checklist YOU RE GOOD AT Write the details of the core area of expertise required to possess by the candidate Emergency Accident Incident investigation reporting handling Analysis of Incidents Accidents defining Root Causes and Mitigation plan Communication Skill YOU BRING Experience Qualifications Provide information about knowledge required to delve into this role B Tech Fire Safety B Tech Mechanica or Electrical PGDIS from RLI CLI Recognized Institute 7-8 years of relevant experience of HSE management at construction hydro site PREFERRED Information about the knowledge required for the job which is not mandatory to possess Preferable to have experience of safety implementation at Hydro Site All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin or disability Requisition ID 14569
