Senior Backend Engineer Location: India, Full-time, Remote We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Node.js, Python and/or Golang to join our rapidly growing startup As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend systems. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our systems are scalable, efficient, and reliable. If you have a passion for backend development and a desire to work with Node.js, Python and/or Golang in a fast-paced startup environment, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, and/or Golang Write high-quality, reusable, and scalable code Build and maintain databases, servers, and infrastructure Work with product and design teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions Collaborate with other engineers to implement new features and functionalities Continuously improve and optimize our backend systems Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development Work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, Golang, and other related technologies Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Experience with GCP, AWS and/or other cloud platforms Experience with agile software development methodologies Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits: Competitive salary and equity package Comprehensive insurance Unlimited vacation time and flexible work hours Professional development opportunities Fun and collaborative work environment About Mavvrik Mavvrik is a VC-backed, AI-driven startup revolutionizing hybrid cloud cost management.
