We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Web & Mobile Interface Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and similar platforms.
- Concept Development: Generate design concepts, detailed documentation, and development-ready assets for multi-platform projects.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for web and mobile experiences.
- Design System Development: Develop and maintain design patterns and components to ensure consistency across all web and mobile products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to incorporate feedback and improve the design process continuously.
- Product Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to align designs with business objectives across both web and mobile platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Apply expertise in design fundamentals to ensure all designs are visually compelling and functionally effective across devices and screen sizes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms, with a focus on both web and mobile design.
- Animation & Interaction Design: Create engaging animations and interactive elements to enhance user experience and bring designs to life.
- Animation Tools: Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Principle, Lottie, or similar for creating animations and interactive prototypes.
- User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, and responsive design for web and mobile applications.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile projects.
- User Research Experience: Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across web and mobile development.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring every element is optimized for a seamless user experience across devices.
