Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (Full-Time Internship)

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage parts of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Assist in employer branding and talent engagement activities.
- Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
