An Electrical Head is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization s electrical systems including design installation maintenance and safety Key duties involve leading the electrical team managing projects and budgets ensuring compliance with industry standards and providing technical guidance to junior staff They are also responsible for implementing safety protocols and driving continuous improvement in electrical processes Core responsibilities Team and project management Lead and manage the electrical team including hiring training and performance evaluations Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion Technical oversight Provide technical leadership for electrical design installation and maintenance activities Ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards Safety and compliance Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant industry standards and regulations Cross-functional collaboration Work with other departments such as engineering project management and operations to ensure successful project delivery and operational efficiency Strategic planning Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for electrical systems including the adoption of new technologies and energy-efficient solutions Budget and resource management Develop and manage departmental budgets and ensure that resources are used effectively Required skills and qualifications Leadership Strong ability to lead mentor and motivate a team Technical expertise Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles design and maintenance Project management Proficiency in managing project lifecycles including planning execution and reporting Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Problem-solving Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues Software proficiency Experience with relevant software such as for design JOB APPLY http jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT DETAILS - Name - BHAWNA Number - 91 91099 99654
