About the Team The Product and Technology Information and Learning Experience (iLX) organization's mission is to pioneer innovative information and learning experiences that inform, inspire, and empower our customers (internal and external) to evolve and thrive. The Technical Learning Programs team is looking to hire a new teammate based in Chennai to think creatively and identify innovative solutions to support the design, delivery, and program management of technical learning experiences and early talent programs. About the Role Reporting to the Manager of Technical Learning Programs, this Program Manager will think creatively and identify innovative solutions to support the management and delivery of our technical learning & development programs and experiences for our Chennai-based Product & Technology team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing emerging talent, skilled at planning and execution, and confident in presenting to diverse technical audiences. Responsibilities Program Management - Lead end-to-end learning program management for Chennai-based P&T Workmates. - Design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging onboarding and development experiences. - Perform administrative tasks for the technical training team to set up and manage sessions. - Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions that inspire and engage participants. - Partner closely with business leaders, managers, and HR to align program goals with organizational needs. Technical Learning Content & Curation - Create high-quality program materials, technical learning resources, and participant guides. - Curate targeted learning paths using Workday Learning, Pluralsight, and other platforms to support skill development. - Leverage feedback and data to refine learning experiences for maximum impact. Strategic Planning & Collaboration - Develop annual and quarterly plans for early talent programs, ensuring scalability and alignment with global strategies. - Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams to share best practices and maintain consistency across locations. - Monitor and report on program outcomes, making recommendations for future enhancements. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, or talent programs, preferably in a corporate or large-scale organization. - Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering to both in-person and virtual audiences. - Proven ability to plan ahead, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. - Experience creating and curating learning content on enterprise learning platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Pluralsight). - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Concrete experience working alongside and supporting a technical workforce Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with global, virtual-first learning program design. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Experience designing, launching, or managing technical learning programs focused on foundational AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or the ethical application of Generative AI tools in a corporate environment.
