Job Title Senior Sales Engineer DCS PLC SCADA VFD SolutionsDepartment Sales Marketing Industrial Automation Location Noida Delhi Reports To Regional Sales Manager Sales HeadJob Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development of DCS Distributed Control Systems PLC Programmable Logic Controllers SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition and VFD Variable Frequency Drives The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and control systems with a proven track record of engaging with clients and delivering customized solutions Key Responsibilities Generate and drive sales of DCS PLC SCADA and VFD solutions across assigned territories or sectors e g oil gas power water manufacturing Chemical Pharma Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls site visits and industry networking Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers OEMs EPCs consultants end users Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions in coordination with application and engineering teams Conduct product presentations demos and technical discussions with clients Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals tenders and quotations Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of sale in line with company policy Work with internal teams engineering project management service to ensure customer satisfaction Track market trends competition and customer needs to refine sales strategy Meet or exceed sales targets profitability and growth objectives Requirements Bachelor s degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Engineering or related field 5 years of experience in sales of automation and control systems DCS PLCs SCADA VFDs Strong understanding of industrial automation applications and customer requirements Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles and technical discussions Familiarity with major automation brands e g Siemens ABB Schneider Rockwell etc is a plus Willingness to travel as needed
