Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced PLC/SCADA Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in Mitsubishi PLCs (or similar platforms). The role involves PLC/SCADA programming, site execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and direct interaction with clients and contractors. Candidates must have practical field experience and the ability to handle industrial automation projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PLC/SCADA programs for industrial control applications
  • Work on-site for installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
  • Handle cable laying, terminations, loop testing, and contractor coordination
  • Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) tasks
  • Design and document backend databases for time-series data used in analytics and reporting
  • Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal project teams

Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA (Mitsubishi preferred; similar PLCs accepted)
  • Must have direct site experience: installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (1 job switch acceptable)
  • Good communication skills and a presentable personality
  • Proficiency in English with confidence in client and site interactions

Job Type: Full-time
