About the Role We are looking for a sharp, energetic Client Engagement & Sales Manager who thrives in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment. This role demands complete ownership of sales outcomes, relationship excellence, and the ability to influence HNI clients with clarity and confidence. Proficiency in Kannada is a must. Key Responsibilities - Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets for mutual funds and investment products - Build and manage a strong relationship-driven network across Karnataka - Lead business development initiatives and drive profit-centre outcomes - Engage with HNI clients and deliver customised investment solutions - Ensure seamless onboarding, KYC, and advisory processes - Stay updated on market and regulatory developments and represent Mentor Wealth at key events What We Expect (Skills & Experience) Industry & Technical: - Minimum 3 years of experience managing a relationship-led profit centre in Karnataka - Experience in mutual funds, wealth management, or high-intensity financial sales - Strong understanding of investment products and digital onboarding - Bachelor’s degree; AMFI/NISM certificationpreferred - Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) Soft Skills: - Exceptional communication and a confident, engaging presence - Strong target-achievement mindset and persuasive selling ability - Solid understanding of the Bengaluru market with a strong HNI network - Ethical, disciplined, and deeply client-centric What’s in It for You - Accelerated growth into roles - Continuous learning, certifications, and mentorship - Attractive performance-linked rewards and recognition - A dynamic, tech-enabled workspace that encourages innovation - Strong focus on professional and personal well-being
