Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Presales Associate/Executive to support our sales function by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential leads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging across multiple channels, documenting requirements, and collaborating with the sales team to drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential leads through inbound/outbound channels including marketing campaigns, channel partner queries, WhatsApp chat, referrals from employees or clients, and other sources. - Schedule site visits with qualified prospects and ensure high engagement. - Gather initial client requirements, document them accurately, and share with the sales team. - Collaborate with the sales team by providing relevant client insights that can drive effective sales pitches. - Perform scheduled follow-ups on non-responsive leads (2 follow-ups on the first day, and 3 across the next 4–5 days). - Manage and respond to client queries on live WhatsApp chat using Chat 360. - Attend Learning and Development training sessions and adhere to scripts provided for client interactions. - Maintain an audit score of at least 80% across quality and compliance parameters. Desired Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle client interactions professionally across channels. - Quick learner with active participation in training programs. - Good documentation and reporting skills. - Comfortable with CRM tools and chat management platforms. - Self-motivated and target-driven with an eye for detail.
