Marketing Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong professional who can own both visual design and Webflow-based website development. This role sits at the intersection of branding, marketing design, UI/UX, and front-end execution. You will design high-quality visual assets and bring them to life on the web using Webflow—ensuring speed, performance, consistency, and polish. Graphic Design & Visual Communication - Design marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, presentations, and websites - Create layouts and visuals for reports, brochures, posters, and brand materials - Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital and offline assets - Manage, organize, and evolve SiteRecon’s design asset library - Iterate quickly based on feedback from marketing and leadership 2. Webflow Design & Development - Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites in Webflow - Translate Figma or internal design concepts into pixel-accurate Webflow implementations - Work with CMS collections and dynamic content - Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility - Maintain and optimize existing Webflow projects 3. Custom Code, Integrations & Performance - Enhance Webflow sites using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript - Embed and troubleshoot custom scripts, forms, analytics, CRMs, and automation tools - Optimize images, animations, and assets for fast load times - Implement SEO best practices (metadata, accessibility, performance) - Conduct QA testing and fix bugs before deployment 4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams - Proactively suggest improvements to site UX, workflows, and visual storytelling - Stay up to date with Webflow features, design trends, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design + Webflow Development Strong portfolio showcasing: - Visual design work (branding, marketing creatives, layouts) - Live Webflow websites Proficiency in: - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Figma - Webflow - Solid understanding of: - Typography, color theory, layout, branding - Responsive design and UI/UX principles - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and quality - Clear written and verbal communication in English Good to Have (Bonus Skills) - Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) - GIFs, Lottie animations, or micro-interactions - Basic SEO and analytics knowledge (GA, Search Console) - Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make) - Webflow eCommerce experience - Basic Git or version control understanding Education - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related fields - Relevant certifications or hands-on experience may substitute formal education Perks of Working at Futuresafe Technologies (SiteRecon) - High ownership: Take ideas from concept to execution - Direct access to founders and decision-makers - Minimal hierarchy and transparent communication - Freedom to experiment and suggest improvements - Deep exposure to how a fast-growing SaaS business operates - Opportunity to shape a product used by enterprise customers globally About SiteRecon SiteRecon is on a mission to revolutionize how businesses make decisions in North America by helping enterprise customers scale their sales teams.
