About TMUS Global Solutions T-Mobile is America s supercharged Un-carrier challenging conventions and setting new standards in wireless With the nation s largest and fastest 5G network T-Mobile delivers advanced connectivity and unmatched value to millions across the U S We re unwaveringly obsessed with providing the best possible service experience driven by a spirit of disruption that fuels competition and innovation in wireless and beyond Disclaimer TMUS India Private Limited is a subsidiary of T-Mobile US Inc and operates as TMUS Global Solutions TMUS India Private Ltd and T-Mobile US Inc do not provide telecommunication services in India About the Role Sr Product Manager Technical is a visionary strategist analyst customer evangelist respected leader of business and technology execution and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package Every product is envisioned and created to achieve a specific business purpose or set of business results The Product Manager Technical is ultimately accountable responsible and has ownership of internal and external products platforms services experiences envisioned and created to achieve the specific business purpose or business results What Youll Do Own product end to end for products or features with moderate level of complexity and scope Conduct market research gather customer insights and drive product vision and roadmap Lead and manage product backlog for 14 agile scrum teams Collaborate across development architecture engineering marketing and stakeholder teams Translate strategy into detailed features user stories and release plans Manage end-to-end technical delivery and product execution Evangelize and advocate for customer needs through every phase of product lifecycle Track product health metrics lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure production quality Identify and resolve execution or operational impediments Contribute to adoption tools training materials and stakeholder support What Youll Bring Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or equivalent experience 5 years experience in hands-on technical role writing production code solution engineering or technical architecture in large-scale company application product environment 5 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools Strong requirements elicitation and writing skills for different audiences Experience with Agile backlog project management tools Experience with successive elaboration and developing Initiatives Features and User Stories for DevOps teams Experience delivering large and complex business technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Fluent with SQL Tableau and other analytical tools such as SAS SPSS Knowledge of the full technology stack on which the assigned product runs Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify analyze and synthesize product use data Must Have Skills Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment With Experience in Jira Jira Align Confluence Product Analytics Technical Documentation and Data Analysis Nice To Have Background in Software Development Platform Engineering or Cloud Computing
