About the Role: Sr Product Manager, Technical is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of business and technology execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. The Product Manager, Technical is ultimately accountable, responsible, and has ownership of internal and external products, platforms, services, experiences envisioned and created to achieve the specific business purpose or business results. What You'll Do: - Own product end to end for products or features with moderate level of complexity and scope - Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and drive product vision and roadmap - Lead and manage product backlog for 1–4 agile/scrum teams - Collaborate across development, architecture, engineering, marketing, and stakeholder teams - Translate strategy into detailed features, user stories, and release plans - Manage end-to-end technical delivery and product execution - Evangelize and advocate for customer needs through every phase of product lifecycle - Track product health metrics, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure production quality - Identify and resolve execution or operational impediments - Contribute to adoption tools, training materials, and stakeholder support What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience - 5+ years experience in hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large-scale company/application/product environment - 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment - Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools - Strong requirements elicitation and writing skills for different audiences - Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools - Experience with successive elaboration and developing Initiatives, Features and User Stories for DevOps teams - Experience delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Fluent with SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools such as SAS, SPSS - Knowledge of the full technology stack on which the assigned product runs - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use data Must Have Skills: - Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. With Experience in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, . Product Analytics, Technical Documentation and Data Analysis. Nice To Have: - Background in Software Development, Platform Engineering or Cloud Computing
