We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing team If you love solving IT challenges, enjoy setting up systems from scratch, and want to work in a dynamic global environment — this role is for you. 🚀 What You’ll Do: - Be the go-to person for all internal IT queries and troubleshooting. - Handle onboarding & exit IT setup — from system configuration to access management. - Coordinate closely with our PH and US IT teams to ensure standardized global IT practices. - Lead the entire IT setup for new office spaces, including: - Internet lease line & VPN installation - Hardware/software setup for voice and non-voice operations - Network security & infrastructure readiness - Manage asset tracking, software installation, and IT compliance. - Support IT requirements for developers, operations, and support teams. - Ensure smooth IT operations while maintaining security and data integrity. 🧠 What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering (B.Tech preferred). - 3–6 years of IT support or infrastructure experience, ideally in a BPO or RPO environment. - Strong knowledge of network setup (VPN, lease lines, firewalls) and system configuration. - Experience in setting up and managing office IT infrastructure from the ground up. - Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills. - A team player who can also work independently and take ownership. 🌟 Nice to Have: - Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. - IT certifications (e.G., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate). - Familiarity with IT security and compliance protocols. 🤝 Why Join Us: - Opportunity to build and shape IT operations in a growing organization. - Work closely with leadership and global teams. - A collaborative and supportive work culture. - Real impact and visibility from day one.
