Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer – Full-Time (On-Site), Pune We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Pune . This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates who excel in troubleshooting and providing hands-on IT support.Roles & Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Offer effective printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting support Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications Perform regular maintenance and repair of computer hardware Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT administrative tasks Ensure systems run efficiently and securely with timely updates and patches Collaborate closely with the IT team to maintain consistent system performance Log support requests, track issues, and ensure timely resolution Assist with IT asset management and inventory updates Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in desktop or technical support Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common applications Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, and basic networking Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Job Location: Pune (On-Site)Employment Type: Full-TimeHow to Apply Interested candidates can share their resumes at
