Job Description

UI/UX Designer Position

We are excited to announce an opening for a UI/UX Designer at our Bangalore office. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in the field of user interface and user experience design. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs that provide a seamless user experience across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
- Experience with B2B SAAS Products.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, prototypes, etc., using standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin or similar tools.
- Proficiency in visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to refine illustrations or improve the visual aspect of the design.
- An understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand detailed requirements and align overall design with the objectives of the business while ensuring users&apos needs are met.
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
