Role Summary
Own growth outreach and new-user/partner activation end-to-end. You’ll plan and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn/WhatsApp/Email/Search/Social), generate qualified leads, and convert them through a crisp, repeatable onboarding flow. Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing & Onboarding Specialist . Day-to-day, you’ll craft messaging, ship high-tempo outreach, and turn interest into live listings/bookings with minimal friction. You’ll own our CRM hygiene, playbooks, and onboarding assets (checklists, videos, FAQs), run live/recorded sessions, and partner with founders, product, and support to remove blockers fast. You’ll use automation to scale (no manual grind), measure every step, and iterate weekly to maximize outreach in less time.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build & run multi-channel campaigns: LinkedIn (InMails/DMs), WhatsApp Business, email drips, reels/shorts, referral loops, and local community groups.
Create high-conversion landing pages & forms; A/B test copy, subject lines, creatives, and CTAs.
Qualify leads fast; maintain clean pipelines, lead scoring, and follow-up cadences in CRM.
Host onboarding sessions (live/Zoom), publish step-by-step guides, 2–3-min video walkthroughs, and checklists.
Drive partners from signup → first listing → first booking → first payout; remove friction with clear SOPs.
Set up automations (Zapier/Make/HubSpot workflows), templates, and canned replies to reduce manual work.
Instrument the funnel (GA4/Mixpanel/Looker Studio); track outreach → signup → activation → repeat usage.
Source testimonials/case studies; coordinate with design for lightweight creatives.
Monitor competitors/marketplaces; propose weekly experiments and report results in a simple dashboard.
Work cross-functionally to fix onboarding blockers (docs, product gaps, policy clarifications).
Qualifications
2–5 years in growth marketing / field marketing / onboarding / customer success (marketplace or SaaS preferred).
Execution speed: proven record of launching campaigns within days, not weeks, and iterating based on data.
Tools: HubSpot/Pipedrive (CRM), Mailchimp/SendGrid (email), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, Meta/Google Ads basics, GA4/Mixpanel, Sheets/Excel (lookups/pivots), Zapier/Make.
Content chops: crisp copy for cold outreach, landing pages, ads, and WhatsApp/email templates; basic video screen-recording.
Process building: playbooks, SOPs, and FAQs that scale; comfort running webinars/Zoom trainings.
Data-driven: define and own KPIs; run A/B tests; segment audiences; maintain data hygiene.
Communication: clear English; Hindi/Telugu/other regional language is a strong plus for field outreach.
Bonus: local seller/vendor sourcing experience, community partnerships, influencer micro-collabs, basic SEO.
