We are seeking a smart friendly and well-organized Front Office Executive who will be the face and voice of the school The ideal candidate will manage all front desk operations phone calls admission enquiries visitor coordination and admission follow-ups with professionalism and warmth Key Responsibilities Greet all parents visitors and students warmly and professionally Handle and manage incoming phone calls emails and WhatsApp messages Provide accurate and clear information about the school programs facilities and admission process Maintain a record of all enquiries and follow-up regularly to support admission conversion Coordinate closely with the admissions and management team to update enquiry status Ensure the front office is always clean welcoming and presentable Manage the enquiry register visitor logbook and maintain digital records Handle basic administrative tasks like document filing printing and scheduling appointments Assist during school events and open house sessions related to admissions Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and local language spoken and written Confident in handling phone calls and in-person discussions Basic computer skills MS Office Google Sheets email handling Friendly patient and approachable personality Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-up systematically Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
