Lacquering Operator

Hi we are hiring for the position of ITI Fitter for a manufacturing company Manuf Of Drums Barrels with LACQUERING OPERATOR Set up and operate lacquering equipment including spray guns dip tanks or automated coating machines Prepare surfaces for lacquering by cleaning sanding and applying primers or base coats as needed Apply lacquer or coating to surfaces using appropriate techniques such as spraying dipping or brushing Ensure even and consistent application of lacquer or coating to achieve desired finishes Monitor and adjust lacquering equipment settings such as pressure flow rate or drying temperature to achieve optimal results Inspect finished products for defects imperfections or inconsistencies in the lacquer or coating application Make necessary adjustments or reapply lacquer to correct any issues and ensure high-quality finishes Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others from hazardous materials and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area including proper storage and disposal of lacquering materials Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize work orders meet production targets and ensure timely completion of projects Experience min 2-3 years Manufacturing industry experience preferred Qualification High school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required Previous experience as a Lacquering Operator or in a similar role is preferred but entry-level positions may be available for trainees Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 19 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
