Hi, we are hiring for the position of ITI Fitter for a manufacturing company (Manuf. Of Drums & Barrels) with:

LACQUERING OPERATOR

• Set up and operate lacquering equipment, including spray guns, dip tanks, or automated coating machines.
• Prepare surfaces for lacquering by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or base coats as needed.
• Apply lacquer or coating to surfaces using appropriate techniques, such as spraying, dipping, or brushing.
• Ensure even and consistent application of lacquer or coating to achieve desired finishes.
• Monitor and adjust lacquering equipment settings, such as pressure, flow rate, or drying temperature, to achieve optimal results.
• Inspect finished products for defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in the lacquer or coating application.
• Make necessary adjustments or reapply lacquer to correct any issues and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others from hazardous materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper storage and disposal of lacquering materials.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize work orders, meet production targets, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Experience: min 2-3 years

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required.
• Previous experience as a Lacquering Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but entry-level positions may be available for trainees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
