The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties; providing expert consultation tailored to client needs; maintaining strong customer relationships; managing property listings; and ensuring seamless real estate transactions. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and identifying new sales opportunities. Qualifications - Possession of a valid Real Estate License - Strong background in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales - Excellent Customer Service and client relationship skills - Proficiency in local real estate laws and regulations - Highly motivated with strong negotiation and communication skills - Relevant experience or exposure to real estate markets in the Noida region is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
