About H E Services At H E Services vibrant tech Center in Hyderabad you will have the opportunity to contribute to technology innovation for Holman Automotive a leading American fleet management and automotive services company Our goal is to continue investing in people processes and facilities to ensure expansion in a way that allows us to support our customers and develop new tech solutions Holman has come a long way during its first 100 years in business The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing vehicle fabrication and up fitting component manufacturing and productivity solutions powertrain distribution and logistics services commercial and personal insurance and risk management and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States Join us and be part of a team that s transforming the way Holman operates creating a more efficient data-driven and customer-centric future Roles Responsibilities Coordinate the testing for software releases make sure that the planned items can be tested in the time frame allotted Coordinate with development if an adjustment to the schedule or task list is needed Make sure all test cases are created tests assigned and regression identified Manage team capacity Communicate and recommend solutions to roadblocks Perform manual and regression testing as needed to complete the testing cycle This should account for about 50 of the project leaders time Resolve any issues in the process as they arise Work with leaders to decide how to handle specific defects leave fix or hold back from build Foster candid communication between analysts and all other members of the product or project team Promote the build Supervise and develop QA team conduct regular 1 1 meeting with each member of the staff Review their IDPs help them to achieve their goals Perform performance reviews Get feedback from other teams about each persons strengths and areas to develop Create and maintain meaningful quality metrics based on the product or project determine how QA will be measured how performance excellence will be achieved and recommend changes to improve quality across the life cycle Evaluate the best use of resources to promote productivity in making product changes Must Have Skills 4 years in IT development QA environment some supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of product s supported level 4 Oracle P L SQL software experience level 2 Relevant Work Experience Planning Has breadth and depth of technical expertise in own area of responsibility understand how the team fits into the overall organization acquire knowledge of other related areas of the department Strong planning and capacity management skills Ability to supervise motivate coach counsel and objectively evaluate employees and their performance Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions Adapts area departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges Education B Tech Master s in science Computer Science degree preferred Communicating Influencing Skills Must be able to work across Development with BAs PLs developers to determine critical information proper audience for review reaching consensus for conflicts Open and fair communication with testers and analysts Builds trust Meet with App Dev for process suggestions assignments and follow up Strong verbal communication skills Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists Analytical skills
