someone who prioritizes customer success in their work And finally you re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 7 years of experience administering messaging and collaboration environments Hands-on experience with third-party messaging solutions especially Retarus is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools such as Planner Delve Shifts Stream Forms and Sway Administer monitor and support messaging services including Exchange servers SMTP relay configurations and Retarus for secure and compliant email delivery Manage and troubleshoot hybrid messaging environments ensuring seamless mail flow mailbox provisioning distribution lists and delegated access Oversee integration and ongoing support for third-party messaging solutions with a focus on Retarus to enhance email security and compliance Configure support and optimize supplementary Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services including Planner Delve Shifts Stream Forms and Sway to meet business needs and drive user adoption Implement and manage security measures such as threat protection data loss prevention compliance policies and encryption for messaging and collaboration tools Plan and execute migrations upgrades and integrations with minimal disruption including mailbox and data migrations across platforms Provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders including training and documentation for all messaging and collaboration tools Collaborate with IT security and business teams to align solutions with organizational requirements and compliance standards Monitor system performance proactively address issues and conduct root cause analysis and reporting for incidents and outages Stay current with Microsoft 365 Retarus and industry best practices recommending and implementing improvements as needed Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Relevant Microsoft 365 or messaging certifications are a plus Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience Proficiency in configuring and managing user accounts licenses and security settings within Microsoft 365 Solid understanding of messaging security compliance and data protection best practices Experience with scripting for automation and reporting e g PowerShell Excellent troubleshooting analytical and communication skills Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from it s how we think and who we are We welcome people of all cultures backgrounds and experiences But we re not doing it single-handily Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are only one of many ways we create a workplace where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice This dedication to welcoming everyone into our company means that Kyndryl gives you -
