Job Description Job Description Your Responsibilities: - User Assistance: Provide functional support to ServiceNow users, assisting them with queries and helping them navigate the platform effectively. - Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements, ensuring that ServiceNow configurations align with business needs. - Configuration Support: Assist in the configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet functional requirements, working closely with technical teams to implement changes. - Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, and create comprehensive documentation to support user adoption and understanding of the platform. - Testing and Validation: Participate in testing new functionalities and configurations to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected. - Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow across the organization. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the ServiceNow platform, recommending enhancements that align with best practices. - Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports from the ServiceNow platform to provide insights into system usage and performance, supporting data-driven decision-making. Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Experience in a functional support role, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ServiceNow functionalities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
