Job Description Company:WedMandap.com Salary Range: 10,000 15,000 per month + Incentives Reporting To: Chief Growth Officer About WedMandap WedMandap.com is India's first celebration management platform that helps families find verified wedding and event vendors easily - from photographers, decorators to makeup artists and caterers - all in one place. Your job role is to help us connect more local vendors and customers to the platform. Main Responsibilities 1. Vendor Onboarding Visit local decorators, photographers, makeup artists, caterers, etc. Explain WedMandap and help them register on the app/website. Get KYC and business details filled properly. Ensure every vendor uploads good photos and service details. Target: 46 new verified vendors per day. 2. Partnership Building Tie-up with marriage halls, hotels, and event venues - offer small referral incentives. Create connections with Pandits, card printers, and photographers - as they usually know families first. Target: 10+ local tie-ups every month. 3. Marketing & Local Promotion Put posters / standees in beauty parlours, jewellery stores, saree shops and studios Promote WedMandap at local events (Garba, Navratri etc.) Share vendor success stories and offers in WhatsApp and community groups Target: 23 local promotions per week 4. Lead Generation Collect details of families planning weddings or functions from your area. Pass verified leads to the sales team for follow-up. Target: 1520 family leads per month. 5. Daily Reporting Update your daily visits, calls, vendor onboardings, and photos in Google Sheet. Attend short daily calls or WhatsApp check-ins with your manager. Incentives & Growth 200300 incentive per paying vendor onboarded Extra rewards for completing monthly targets or high-quality vendors Best performers will be promoted to City Sales Lead Ideal Candidate Energetic and comfortable meeting people Knows local market and areas where wedding vendors operate Owns a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler Ready to travel locally every day KPI Vendor Onboarding - 100+ vendors/month Partner Tie-ups - 10+ halls/shops/month Family Leads - 1520/month Posters & Promotions - 10+ places/month Founders Pradeep Gupta (Founder & CEO) - 13+ yrs in SaaS, Martech, FinTech | 25+ Life Events planned Vishal Kamble (Co-founder & COO) - Ran 3+ Businesses | 50+ Life Events handled
