Job Summary The Area Manager oversees the operations sales and performance of the pharmaceutical business within a designated area This role involves managing a team driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with industry regulations The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and a proven track record in sales and management Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals within the area - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals Team Management - Lead mentor and motivate a team of 5 6 MRs to achieve performance targets - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture Operational Oversight - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the area - Manage budget forecast sales and prepare financial reports for the area - Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations Market Analysis - Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments - Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive strategy - Adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and customer needs Customer Focus - Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Profile Required - 2 3 Yrs Managerial Experience- Preferably similar territorial experience- Salary Offered Negotiable based on your current CTC ref updazz com
