Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team The HR Executive will play a crucial role in recruitment employee management and supporting HR activities across the organization The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR functions including recruitment calls updating employee records and assisting in various HR initiatives Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Conduct recruitment calls to potential candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system ATS with candidate information Screen resumes shortlist candidates and assist in the hiring process Employee Records Management Update and maintain employee records in the HRMS Human Resource Management System Ensure the timely and accurate entry of employee data such as personal details job positions compensation and attendance Onboarding and Induction Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Prepare and organize induction programs documentation and welcome kits Employee Relations and Engagement Assist in handling employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events HR Administrative Support Assist with the preparation and issuance of offer letters appointment letters and other HR documentation Maintain and update HR files records and reports Support in performance management and appraisal processes Compliance and Documentation Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory HR requirements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in an HR-related role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Knowledge of recruitment processes HR policies and employee benefits Preferred Certification in HR-related courses or qualifications is a plus Working Conditions Full-time position Monday to Saturday Competitive salary and benefits package If you are passionate about working in a fast-paced HR environment and have the required experience we would love to hear from you Interested candidate may pls contact 8089859910 or mail to hr tijusacademy com Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Morning shift Experience HR 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
